Terms of Service

Effective August 24, 2026

Agreement to Terms

By using this website, ordering parts, or booking a service appointment with 1010 Performance (“we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders & Pricing

Most parts listed in our catalog are sourced wholesale through Turn14 Distribution and ship directly to you from their network — not from our shop. Pricing, availability, and fitment information are provided in good faith but can change without notice; we'll contact you if there's an issue with your order before charging you further.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Orders are charged in full at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping timelines shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order ships from our supplier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Service Appointments

Booking requests submitted through the site are requests, not confirmed appointments, until we contact you to confirm a date and time. We reserve the right to reschedule for reasons like parts availability or shop capacity. See our Returns & Warranty page for information on service and parts warranties.

Fitment & Installation Disclaimer

Performance parts, especially those affecting engine, suspension, or drivetrain components, carry inherent risk. We do our best to verify fitment and provide honest guidance, but you're responsible for confirming a part is right for your specific build before installing it — self-installed parts especially. 1010 Performance is not liable for damage resulting from improper installation of self-installed parts.

Intellectual Property

The 1010 Performance name, logo, and site content are our property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1010 Performance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products and services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
